Over the past five years, he has served as Director of Rally Software, and he serves as a Member of the Tuck School of Business MBA Advisory Board. Among other qualifications, he has extensive financial and operating expertise, leadership experience, experience with serving on boards of directors and significant experience in the technology industry. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College,
