I've never worked at a company that cared so very much about every single employee's opinion. They truly listen to everyone's concerns and take action when they're able to and give feedback when they aren't.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy at work is the people I work with. I am honored to be able to lead a group of the hungriest and happiest I've ever met. We are able to see the direct impact we have on the success of the company on a daily basis.
