What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team also embodies the 4-H culture and helps make sure it resonates and spreads throughout the rest of the company. The leadership team also believes in the upside-down pyramid where each level, starting with the CEO, exists to support the next level above (below) them.

The compensation package is well thought-out with perks, benefits, cash pay, and stock. A great mix!

I absolutely love my team - very hard working engineers who love solving complex (and sometimes odd) problems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
