What I like about the leadership team at SeneGence is that teh leadership team works exceptionally hard to not only grow the business but also consistently look to improve the company culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package with this company is the wide variety of perks. Examples include gym membership reimbursement, pay, free snacks, matching 401k, continuing education and training, great great health benefits!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The best part of the interview process was that I interviewed with everyone on the team. Interviewing not only the managers, but also people in the same position I was applying for gave me a real sense that everyone opinion is treated as equal regardless of Job title.
