Always there and very helpful
My team leader in department leader and business leaders are fantastic they give proper direction and advice on how to achieve the goal priced at hand

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package that I received is based off the amount of work that I perform in the amount of time that I contribute so it’s everything that I put into the company through my never missing a day of work a positive attitude that makes up for my compensation package that they give me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation made me feel undervalued I'd be better with $12 an hour
I WORK PART TIME SO I DON'T GET BENEFITS, IF I NEED TIME OFF I GET IT AND SOMEONE REPLACES ME
To receive a higher wage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work well together at all times

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work second shift there really isn’t a team lead but the weeds that we have or spread across the departments but when they do have opportunity they give clear direct test to perform
Communicate with each other .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their clients are really wonderful
My work environment is what I make of it I overlook any negativity that I see and I rise above to make the work environment a positive one
