Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to feedback, they give lots of context and they provide a ton of feedback. I think the team is very solution-focused and always helping the team focus on solving problems and driving forward.
They constantly push to make the company better, to give ownership, to give context and to bring in the best people.
The leadership team is extremely transparent, always available to talk with anyone, open to new ideas and innovation and, most importantly, I am confident they are leading us in the right direction!
Creative, incredibly hardworking, passionate about everything they do, put you in a position to grow.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation initially is not the strongest, but strong performance is rapidly rewarded through the 2x year salary reviews.
Paid fairly, good health benefits and great stock options!

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is my favorite part of Sense360. Everyone has a IQ and is an incredibly hard worker. I also generally get along with the team and enjoy interacting with them daily.
Everyone pushes each other to be the best version of themselves and on top of that, they are great people to hang around!
Everyone is awesome! People get along great, are fun and also extremely proficient.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus is 100% on growth and solutions, never on pointing fingers.
When issues arise, people focus on the solution and how to improve for the future instead of assigning blame.
The best part about working at Sense360 is the team! The leadership team has done an amazing job at assembling a highly effective and fun team! Also, they have done a great job at ensuring that we work hard but also have a great time doing so!
invigorating culture. never know what you're going to get from the day, but you're going to be surrounded by passionate people who can handle the challenge (whatever it is!)
