What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Social events and relaxed fridays.

Very social and hard working people as they all know that efforts will be well paid eventually

Employees are trained and tutored throughout their learning process. Then brainstorming sessions are organized pretty regularly in order to develop innovations and optimize potential synergies from various employees with different background and technical skills.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
