I dont know my leadership team as they are never around. Never have they come to see how im doing, liking my position or just general concerns with the company.
Stop the do as i say and not as i do. You see this in all aspects of the company. Treat every team the same, as it takes all teams to make the company money.
When your hired for a specific job compensation is fair, but they soon start to require you to perform services for many. If your performing extra services they need to recogonize what is taking place. A bonus would be nice to see
