They need better HR and recruitment.
I dont know my leadership team as they are never around. Never have they come to see how im doing, liking my position or just general concerns with the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurance cost are good.
Salary and benefits are acceptable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees of 12+ years making the same as a new employee. There's no value to employees that have been there for years. They need to have separate brackets of pay like before
They need to improve their recruitment team and hire brand new HR representatives at the Director level.
When your hired for a specific job compensation is fair, but they soon start to require you to perform services for many. If your performing extra services they need to recogonize what is taking place. A bonus would be nice to see

there is a lot of potential but lack of ownership makes decision making very poor

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New HR completely. New recruitment teams.
Stop the do as i say and not as i do. You see this in all aspects of the company. Treat every team the same, as it takes all teams to make the company money.

Management team that cares and values there employees
a lot of key departments need a lot of further training especially in JDE AND DEVEX and honesty is lacking . teamwork does not exist and its more fault finding rather than constructive decision making. harmony does not exist .trust definitely NOT..so if these issues are raised and addressed properly
