i love my job and sensient and have a been here for a long time. seen a lot of managers come and go but that lack of trust honesty and discipline always ceases to exist. harmony in the workplace was never ever there. trust and belief no existant..i m still optimistic and hope the business will pick

there is a lot of potential but lack of ownership makes decision making very poor

treat everybody with caution and make sure we employ the right people with positive mind and strong focus on improving the business all round peiod
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
a lot of key departments need a lot of further training especially in JDE AND DEVEX and honesty is lacking . teamwork does not exist and its more fault finding rather than constructive decision making. harmony does not exist .trust definitely NOT..so if these issues are raised and addressed properly
