What are some of the best things about your team?Each team member supports and backs up the others
What is the best part about your compensation package?ServiceChannel pays 95% of my families insurance
What do you like best about the leadership team?They truly care about the team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Morning meetings were way too intense for getting roughly paid $500 + a week in salary. Director of Sales would enjoying yelling in front of other sales reps if production was down for that particular rep. Not a good sales culture for improvement.Very cut throat. If production drops they fire you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I just don't like the cut throat environment that they treat there sales reps. I don't like intense yelling and be sworn at if I don't hit my numbers for a job that I'm making at best $650 a week after taxes. It's not worth it. The morning meetings were pointless and got me unmotivated.
