The training is insufficient and management can't evaluate the skills/performances of an employee because they don't read their past experience on their resume and hire/fire too quickly
A new owner. Someone who will invest into the company. Project managers that would actually be on-site and do their job. Not send people into the field without everyone being properly trained. Not steal money from the workers
Follow the inflation rate with wages

I give you a co-worker with zero or little experience to help you without authority status to make him listen to your directions....

Read the resume better to evaluate the experience of a new hire
Be consistent with your employees and give a raise after 3 months and do not let employee not knowing that you fire for a missed shift
Do the job and not prolonging it to get more money from customers
