Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I was making the same amount of money as the men. We do the same things they do. We work just as hard if not harder than they do and yet we make less than they do.
We are not paid according to ability it's about who you know.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think they need to take accountability and be more mature in the workplace. The gossiping and retaliation is completely unnecessary, disrespectful, unprofessional and very demeaning.

The owners need to take some kind of class about fostering a more positive environment
The lines of communication are horrible. Those in charge refuse to take accountability and chose to retaliate versus find an alternate solution.

I have worked with service masters for 3 years before coming to this company. I love servpro and location fits me better. The lack of experience from our production manager is shocking.

I doubt it will ever improve. They think that they are doing nothing wrong. Until they start paying women just as much as they pay men then nothing will ever change.
