Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I was making the same amount of money as the men. We do the same things they do. We work just as hard if not harder than they do and yet we make less than they do.
We are not paid according to ability it's about who you know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together well
I love my female crew chiefs. And I like all of my female co-workers except for one. I like the fact that we get to go out everyday and do different things.
That they are my friends, and we all have the same growth and plan in mind

I think they need to take accountability and be more mature in the workplace. The gossiping and retaliation is completely unnecessary, disrespectful, unprofessional and very demeaning.

There's a mixture of people. Men and women. Men get treated like kings while the women get their scraps.

The owners need to take some kind of class about fostering a more positive environment
The lines of communication are horrible. Those in charge refuse to take accountability and chose to retaliate versus find an alternate solution.

I have worked with service masters for 3 years before coming to this company. I love servpro and location fits me better. The lack of experience from our production manager is shocking.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone seemed to love the business
The lady who interviewed me was really nice but she left out a lot of details that would have been nice to know before I accepted the job.
I was asked about my experience and knowledge of the position I was hired for. I was also given a reasonable salary.

Helping customers through trying times

I doubt it will ever improve. They think that they are doing nothing wrong. Until they start paying women just as much as they pay men then nothing will ever change.
