What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and honest dialogue and problem solving
Our leadership team tries to be as transparent as possible with us about the strategic plan, what is going on in the business and how we bring value to the organization. They are regularly interacting with the staff and do not just stay in their offices.
We work hard, we play hard, we serve each other.
Diverse, thoughtful, experienced, and hard-working.

The upside opportunity. And the benefits are great.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Right people in the right seats and great cultural fits
One of the best things about our total team is our ability to work toward solutions effectively. We may not always see eye to eye however we are able to use those differences to find the best path forward.
The variety of work and the team members.
They are fast and efficient
Everyone is in it for the team and not themselves individually. We are all competitive, but without egos.

It's a collaborative environment that encourages creativity
The People - our team members and the their diverse backgrounds and experiences and how we come together to help each other.
