Their caught in the chaos of health care reform and are making rapid changes. Some of them are for the better. Some are worse.

they need to work together
not favoring one area more then the other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the best part of my compensation package is the 401k retirement plan

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They expect the staff to patient ratio is to high to adequately take care of patients. housekeeping is short staffed and half the time does not clean our rooms or the nurses desk breakroom

some team members work together
Positive attitudes, helpful, great work environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less meetings, more production staff.
