Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They expect the staff to patient ratio is to high to adequately take care of patients. housekeeping is short staffed and half the time does not clean our rooms or the nurses desk breakroom
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less meetings, more production staff.
