Terrible communication in the office, poor leadership/management, chaos

Hostile environment. RNs were mean at times and one of the MDs is rude and condescending. Literally, been having anxiety and depression since I started due to fear of being bullied or yelled at. One female MD is very rude and condescending.

What can this brand most improve?

Very poor experiences here . Wasted time and money
