What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great and system to use them is EASY. Getting stock in an already profitable, non-startup is not always easy but I feel like I have a lot of ownership.
Flexible perks like wfh, good vacation and aggressive comp

What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like I'm surrounded by the smartest people in the business. Our Product, Data Science, Data Analytics teams are lead by very strong people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very fast paced. If you can't keep up, you're likely gone. I'm OK with this. There is no room for slackers and everyone keeps each other accountable. I prefer to work like this. The company makes a promise to surround me with good people and they deliver.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The clear opportunity to work with oceans of data that was presented. If you want to be at the top of the class, dealing with the most interesting issues, it's pretty obvious right away this is the place. If you're scared by that, it won't go well.

What makes you most happy at work?
Huge challenges. We have more data than anyone in the industry and we're defining new products and methods in the space. When we talk to clients with real data science understanding or big data teams, it's awesome. The biggest and best rely on us and I like that.
