They demand every employee to do the work of 2 or 3 employees so they can save money on labor and then get upset when all the work is not done due to their own policies about staying late and so on.

The management is playing favoritism

I am new so I can not really give a proper description of my experience

its been an awful experience i hate going to work every day but i keep a smile on my face and make sure my customers think i love being there

They are willing to help and teach

Some employees need to pick up the slack

If a manager fires an employee they should fillow the law and compensate them

They can know how to make the job fun

The company needs to be a better place to work. Most of the employees are unreliable, unintelligent and only do the bare minimum to get by. The good employees leave to work for a good company.

Customers remember when Shai's used to be great and can tell we are using cheaper quality food, filling the pies with less filling and pinching every penny to put it towards profit.

A lot of things need improvements

i just wish we had managment that actually cared more about us than his salary he hates his job and it shows in the worlk place
