What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how transparent our leadership team is. They regularly communicate with the entire company and show us how we are on track financially.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people with respect and not allowing other coworkers to be mean.
Immediate supervisors need to understand people are human rather than pushing for unreasonable numbers.
