SheerID has been a joy to work at. It's good work with a lot of energy behind it. I very much enjoy that SheerID is striving to be the good guys by respecting customer data and taking privacy very seriously.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It just takes too much time. It so long. sooo long.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation packages are based on employee input. We have asked for things and SheerID has been able to deliver.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to get my work done but still being able to see the horizon. Who get's that at work? Geeze
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team listens and helps. I have always felt that they have my back, which is strange since they are super busy being leaders way above me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's back to listening to who works here. They listen to us. We want something in our offices, they help us get it. Not foos-ball tables, but effective tooling and comfortable workspaces.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I genuinely love working with my coworkers. Every team from sales to devops works together and hang out together. It's not a family, it's a team. We have each other's back. We help each other out. We lift each other up!
