SheerID has been a joy to work at. It's good work with a lot of energy behind it. I very much enjoy that SheerID is striving to be the good guys by respecting customer data and taking privacy very seriously.

Very collaborative work environment with lots of smart people. I feel empowered to do my job and have impact. The company regularly discusses priorities or change in priorities, which is a welcome change from my prior company where i didn't know what the goals were.

Multiple interviews. The process weeds out people who would not thrive in a team oriented, fast paced work environment.

It is a startup moving into bigger and better things. There are bumps and gaps but SheerID looks at those and finds ways to improve. It's a great place to work.
