What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy going, helpful and always available

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication as a whole, better pay raise, worst company around for pay raises unless your in the boys club
Communicating and showing employees that they care and relate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Daily allowances and insurance packages
I get paid more than most in my position and the insurance in the best I've ever had
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raises, most employees get 2% or lower raises which is unfair and it does not cover the cost of living increase
I feel they do what they can to nickel and dime you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very creative, hardworking and reliable
Truthful, work together, no negativity
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team around me is solid, but beyond that it's not a very solid group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our teams are effective with positive interay
It is quiet, clean and very easy to locate
It's fun!l and usually no stress
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All new management from the top down and lose the boys club
Problematic customer base and nothing we can do to help people.

The interview is done with more professionalism

Ask more question be up front about pay and job duties

Fiber optic speed and bandwidth

We to hire people who care about the hourly employees
We act as if we are corporate, but have none of the tools in place we need to succeed.
