What do you like best about the leadership team?
Awesome group of individuals. Great company
The supervisor I directly reported to was absolutely stellar.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs better communication with employees, needs to look at employee skills and not just their personalities, better safety practices in the warehouse, improve professional behavior from higher management, and more employee appreciation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's always in correct order.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am asked to have more responsibilities outside of my job description in hopes of better opportunities which never come. I am asked to go above and beyond my job description with no new job title or pay raise. I would feel better if I had a raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Can't wait until the company picnic. Because working with them is a hoot.
Everyone on my team was helpful, caring, and communicative.
They all have very unique view points and ideas that would be useful if utilized, and everyone is willing to help one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Quiet and private. I can work in my PJ's.
Supervisors helped me feel like I belonged on the team, and they recognized accomplishments.

Get rid of Kelby and your fulfillment center will thrive
What did you like most about the interview process?
Open and detailed. Very informative.
The writing exercises were true to the work I would be handling.

Getting that paycheck on a regular basis.
Seeing my fellow co-workers and taking my half hour lunch break
