Frequently Asked Questions
Should I enroll as an individual or organization?
If your company is a corporation (Corp., Inc.), limited liability company (LLC, LC, Ltd. Co.), or a legal entity (GmbH, AG, KG, oHg, etc.), you must enroll as an organization or your app will be rejected.
If you are a sole proprietorship or a single person company, you must enroll asan individual.
Is it necessary to turn off two-factor authentication?
We strongly recommend turning off "two-factor authentication" (and its older version called "two-step verification") for this Apple ID.When "two-factor authentication" is on, Shopgate will have to call you immediately every time we try to upload your app, create the necessary certificates, make changes, and update your app.
If you are not available within the short period of time your 6-digit verification code is valid, we will not be able to do anything.
For some accounts created in iOS 10.3 or macOS Sierra 10.12.4 and later, you might not see the option to turn off two-factor authentication on your Apple ID account page. If this is the case, contact us at [email protected].
Can I enroll as an individual and have my company appear as the seller on the App Store?
No. To have your company name appear as the seller, you must enroll as an organization and your company must be recognized as a legal entity. If you are a sole proprietor/single person business, you must join as an individual and your legal name will appear as the seller.
If you have enrolled as an individual by mistake and need to convert your individual membershipto an organizational membership, please contact us at
How does the enrollment work?
Individuals and sole proprietors/single person businesses can review the license agreement and purchase a membership at the time of enrollment.
When enrolling as an organization, you can review the license agreement and purchase a membership afterApple Developer Support has verified yourenrollment and sent you an email with the next steps. You can check your enrollment status in your Apple Developer Program. Be sure to sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll.
How much does a membership cost?
The Apple Developer Program membership is $99 per membership year in the United States and 99 in Europe. This cost is the same for an individual membership and an organizational membership.
To provide a long-standing app, you must renew and pay for your membership every year.

Frequently Asked Questions
My mobile website is showing a "404 page"after I set up the URL. What should I do?
If you have recently created a CNAME entry, and your mobile URL has been verified, but you still see a 404 page on your mobile website, don't panic - simply
I don't have a shop domain. What should I do?
If you don't have a shop domain, you don't need to set up your own mobile URL. When you registered with Shopgate, a mobile website within the Shopgate domain has already been reserved for you.
For example, if your shop is called My Awesome Shop, the URL https://myawesomeshop.shopgate.com is likely to be reserved for your mobile website at Shopgate. Your customers will be able to browse products and place orders here as soon as your mobile website is set to live.
Should I use my own mobile URL under my shop's domain?
We highly recommend using your own mobile URL for your Shopgate mobile shop because of the many benefits it reaps. These include but are not limited to:
Better Search Engine OptimizationThe biggest benefit of using your own mobile URL is that this practice optimizes the visibility of your mobile website in search results. When your own mobile URL is used, your mobile website is more likely to appear with a higher rank on the search results page. This means that when your customers and potential customers search for your shop in Google or other search engines on their smartphone, your mobile website will be more likely to be found.
Better Conversion RateAnother big benefit is that your customers will be more likely to remember the URL for your mobile website. This will, in turn, generate more purchases and revenues for you.
Better CredibilityUsing your own mobile URL will also make your shop look more trustworthy.
View ArticleThe Shopgate plugin installed in your shopping cart system imports your products and categories. All product information is transferred to the database using XML or CSV files.
Below you can find out more information about how Shopgate imports products and categories for your mobile shop.
General workflow
The general workflow of a product and category import looks like this:
When an import request is triggered, an XML or a CSV file that contains lists of your products and categories will be generated.
Your XML or CSV files will then be downloaded to the Shopgate backend.
The files will first reach the work queue where import requests from all Shopgate mobile shops will be processed. When it is your turn, your product/category information will be written in our database.
Your shop will then be updated with the latest products and categories.
How do I troubleshoot missing or outdated products?
Automatic import
When a connection is created between your plugin and Shopgate, all products and categories will be automatically imported for the first time.
After this occurs, your shop is automatically queued in our smart pipeline system. Our system then schedules an import for your shop periodically. This service runs 24/7, 365 days a year to make sure your products and categories are updated in a timely manner.
Manual import
We understand that sometimes one product may move faster than the others, or maybe you wish to make a major change in products and/or categories immediately. Don't sweat it: we have provided a manual import option to you.
To learn how, please read How do I start a product import manually?

Should I enroll as an individual ororganization?
If your company is a Corporation (Corp., Inc.), Limited Liability Company (LLC, LC, Ltd. Co.), or a legal entity (GmbH, AG, KG, oHg, etc.), you must enroll as an organization or your app will be rejected.
Having an organizational membership with the Apple Developer Program gives you several advantages. For example, your company brand name will appear below the app name in theApp Store, and you can invite additional developers to your team within your account.
However, if you are a sole proprietorship or a single person company, you must enroll asan individual.
What is a D-U-N-S number and where can I find it?
The D-U-N-S Number is a unique nine-digit number that identifies business entities on a location-specific basis. Assigned and maintained by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), the D-U-N-S Number is widely used as a standard business identifier.
While many types of businesses can receive a D-U-N-S Number, your business must be recognized as a legal entity (e.g., a corporation, limited partnership, limited liability company) to enter into the legal terms and obligations of Apple Developer Program agreements. DBAs, fictitious businesses, trade names, and branches are not accepted.
D&B may have already assigned your organization a free D-U-N-S Number. Before enrolling, check if you already received one using the D-U-N-S Number lookup tool.
What should I do if I can't find my D-U-N-S number?
If your company is not listed here, youcan submit your information to Dun & Bradstreet for a free D-U-N-S Number. You will be asked for the following information when requesting a D-U-N-S Number using the D-U-N-S Number lookup tool:

Your work contact information
As part of their verification process, a D&B representative may contact you for more information (e.g., type of business, the number of employees). Please have your business registration documents ready.

If you have enrolled as an individual and need to convert your individual membershipto an organization membership, please contact us at

Frequently Asked Questions
Legal entity name
Headquarters address
Mailing address
Your work contact information
As part of their verification process, a D&B representative may contact you for more information (e.g., type of business, the number of employees). Please have your business registration documents ready.
If you have enrolled as an individual and need to convert your individual membershipto an organization membership, please contact us at
How does the enrollment work?
When enrolling as an organization, you can review the license agreement and purchase a membership afterApple Developer Support has verified yourenrollment and sent you an email with the next steps. You can check your enrollment status in your Apple Developer Program. Be sure to sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll.
Individuals and sole proprietors/single person businesses can review the license agreement and purchase a membership at the time of enrollment.
How much does a membership cost?
The Apple Developer Program membership is $99 per membership year in the United States and 99 in Europe. This cost is the same for an individual membership and an organizational membership.
To provide a long-standing app, you must renew and pay for your membership every year.

View ArticleShopgate supports Google Analytics for Firebase in mobile Apps.
Important: Firebase Tracking will only work after a successful app update. For us to update your app, you will need dedicated Developer Accounts at Google and Apple. You can find instructions for that here: App Developer Accounts
Please contact us via mail after the setup is done, so that we can submit updates for the apps. Once Google Analytics for Firebase has been configured for your App, Shopgate will use this Firebase project for sending Push messages on Android via Firebase Cloud Messaging. This change only affects the Push infrastructure - you will not notice the change in the Shopgate Merchant Admin.
Step 1: Set up your Firebase project in the Firebase Console
Recommended: Firebase for Mobile Apps is perfectly complemented with Google Tag Manager.
Create a Firebase Project: Firebase
After choosing the project name, the additional setup of Google Analitycs is preset. To analyze your mobile app, we recommend setting up Google Analytics for Firebase. You can do that in this step, or do it later at any time. Deactivate the setting (bottom left) for later setup and click on "Create project."
Firebase for Mobile Apps: Event Reference for Shopgate Apps
3. After you have set up your Firebase project, you will be redirected to the homepage of your Firebase console andyou can now create your iOS and Android apps in succession.
In this process, Firebase asks for your Android package name and the iOS Bundle Identifier (you do not need to specify your app nickname and App Store ID). These can be found in your Shopgate merchant admin: "Settings" => "Tracking Tools" => "Show App Information."
4. Copy and paste in the information and click on "Register app." Download the current configuration file (one click on the blue button). Shopgate has already done the next steps for you (setup SDK, etc.) and you can always click "Next" until the process is finished. It is expected behavior that at this point Firebase will report not being able to connect to your App. This error will go away once we have recompiled and uploaded the App to the App Stores. This process must be done for iOS and Android separately. Click "Continue to console" to get back to the homepage - go to "Add app" and start the process again with the second app.
5.You should now have two files saved: googleService-Info.plist from your iOS project and google-services.json from your Android project.
6.Navigate to "Project Settings" => "Cloud Messaging."Copy the top server key. You'll need it to configure the Shopgate setup, so your Android users can continue to receive push messages.
Step 1 done! You successfully created your Firebase Project!
Step 2: Connect your Firebase project to your Apps in the Shopgate Merchant Admin
Go to "Settings" => "Tracking Tools."
Insert the server key that you copied from Firebase into the field "FCM server key."
Upload the "google-services.json" file in the Android configuration
Upload the "GoogleService-Info.plist" filein the iOS configuration
Choose how you wish to track your revenue with Firebase. This setting should be identical to your shop settings. If you display gross prices but select "net" then net prices are tracked to Firebase (if available in the Shopgate system).
Step 3: We recompile your app and submit an update for you
Please send us a short mail to [email protected]. The support will take care of everything else.
As soon as the next app update is available in the app stores, you will see the tracking data in Firebase and the connected Google Analytics account.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Question
Answer
Why don't I see any screen_view events, or only cryptic names instead of screen_views?
The Shopgate App is a hybrid app. In order to be able to always publish latest content quickly and without a lengthy App Store Update process, the presentation layer of your App is served via WebViews. Firebase SDK, unfortunately, doesn't allow WebViews to trigger the reserved event "screen_view" and therefore we can't use this event to track the presentation layer of your app.
So that you can track your shopper's journey and create funnels, we have implemented a custom solution to replace screen_views. Simply use the custom event sg_view_page, which is sent with each screen change of the user.

Keep in mind that a"developer name" (the company name in this case) can only be used once in the Developer Profile. When applying for a second Google account, you could try to add a dash or spacein your company name.

Once your Google Tag Manager container is published to your Shopgate app, you can create and customize tags at any time without having to recompile or publish your app.

<img ..../>
var imgtag = document.createElement('img');
2.
height="1"
imgtag.height = '1';
3.
width="1"

Tracking Events
Apart from the tracking variables mentioned above, we have also pre-defined four tracking events for you.
An example written in jQuery
$(document).on('sgAddToCart', function(e) {console.log(e.originalEvent.detail);});
An example writtenin Vanilla JS
document.addEventListener('sgAddToCart', function(e) {console.log(e.detail);});
In the examples, event "sgAddToCart" is used to monitor useful information after the Add To Cart button from a specific product has been clicked.
To see the details of all the available events, refer to the table below:
Event
Description
sgViewAppear
This event is no longer necessary because it is now incorporated in the tracking codes.
Triggered when the page is called and can be tracked. On the mobile site, this happens after the page has loaded in the app every time the view is displayed. The event is necessary because views can be preloaded in the background, but the background views will not be tracked.
sgProductUpdate
Triggered when a change has been made on the product detail page, e.g. another child product is selected.
sgAddToCart
Triggered when a product is placed into the cart from the product detail page. This event contains data about this product and the products that are in the same product group.
sgCartUpdate
Triggered when a change has been made in the cart, e.g. quantity of a product is changed, a product is removed, or a coupon is added. Contains the updated cart.
sgDataUpdate
Triggered every time a sgData variable is updated by sgDataHelper.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't code in <noscript> tags necessary?
Your code snippet inside the <noscript>...</noscript> tags is used as a fallback in case Javascript is not available. However, Javascript is required in ALLShopgate systems. Therefore, you do not need to provide any <noscript> fallback code.
How do I avoid using a duplicate tracking code?
Your Shopgate tracking code system is designed to execute all tracking codes, including those that are entered more than once on the same page of a platform. Tracking codes set up for "all pages" will be processed in additionto any page-specific tracking codes. Therefore it is recommended to check your tracking codes carefully by asking yourself the following questions:
Did I enter or pasteacode snippet more than once?
If I have more than one entry for a page on the sameplatform, did I enter or paste the same tracking function in more than one entry?
If I have a tracking code set up for "All pages," did I remove this tracking code from all other entries?
How do I create a tracking pixel?
To create or modify a tracking pixel, refer to the example below. To append parameterssuch as user email, phone number, etc. to your pixel, use "?" and the available variables (highlighted in yellow):
var image = document.createElement('img');
image.height = '1';
image.width = '1';
image.style = 'border-style:none;';
imgtag.alt = '';
image.src = 'http://yourdomain.com/pixel.png?email='+sgData.user.email+'&phone='+sgData.user.phone;
document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0].appendChild(image);

View ArticleYour shop needs a recognizable name and effective description that attests to the quality of your products and the unique character of your business.
Before you get started on uploading and branding your apps, please read the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the iOS App Store Review Guidelines. Note that any violations of the Google Play or App Store policies will result in a rejection of your apps. Apps with explicit or erotic content, icons, titles, descriptions, or displays of sexual organs or activities will not be accepted by Shopgate.
Getting started
Once you've verified that your content meets the standards of the app stores and of Shopgate, follow these steps to enter names, descriptions, keywords, categories, and a shop URL for your apps.
Log in to your Shopgate Admin and navigate to Settings Native Apps. Content ratings for apps & games.
On the Native Apps page, you can enter information for your iOS and Android apps.Information entered here will be displayed in the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. Please note thatDescription, Keywords, andShort descriptionare required fields.
App information on the Native Appspagecan be edited by clicking on each field. Content will be saved automatically. Point your mouse to a text field to see where and how the entered info will look like in the app stores.
Creating a brand for your iOS app
App name
This is the "full name" of your app that will appear in the App Store and searches within the App Store.
Choose a simple and descriptivename to look more professional.
Remember that a maximum of 30 characters is allowed. Please note that if you have already entered an app name that is longer than that, the name istruncated.
Keep in mind that only the first 19 to 30 characters (including spaces) of an app name are displayed in the App Store, depending on the page.
Display name
This name appears under your app icon on the home screen of an iOS device.
Remember that a maximum of 13 characters is allowed, and the last 35 characters may be clipped on your home screen. To fit the most characters, spell your app name withouta space.
Keep in mind that this is purely for branding purposes and not for App Store Optimization purposes, so don't think about App Store search results when you choose it.
Subtitle
You can add an app subtitle to be shown withthe app name inthe App Store.
Be short, but thorough. A maximum of 30 characters is allowed, so try to briefly summarize the purpose of your app and what makes it special.
Promotional text
This text, limited to 170 characters,is shown above the app description on the App Store for customers usingiOS 11 or later.
Promote immediate downloads by using this space to share urgent, time-sensitive information about your shop. Use it to notify App Store shoppers of new products, features, and limited-time sales so they feel like they can't miss what you're offering.
Changes to the promotional text field does not require an app update.
Description
This does exactly what it sounds like: it describes your shop, your products, and the features that make your shop memorable and irreplaceable.
Describe the most important information in the first 3 lines. This is for two reasons: first, you can use up to 4000 characters, so you don't want to bury the most vital info in the wall of text. Second, the rest of the text is hiddenunder the "Read More" buttons. Many users won't be compelled to "read more," so you should sell them immediately. Explain what you sell and whyshould people buy from you. What makes you different? Why are your products of a higher quality than other shops? Do you have any loyalty programs or other incentives to earn their trust? List the features and benefits your app provides.
Please note: you will need to request an app update to change your description.
Keywords
These are used to match the words searched in the App Store or a search engine like Google. Remember: selecting fitting keywords and categories are crucial to making your apps visible in searches and rankings.
Remember that there is a 100-character limit. Separate your keywordswithcommas; spaces are not necessary. Use single words instead of phrases. Use the singular form of a word instead of the plural form (e.g. use banana instead of bananas). Use numbers instead of words. Don'tuse app name or company name as keywords - they are automatically added.Don'tadd the word "free" - this is automatically added for Shopgate mobile apps. Don't use names or brands from existing apps or third party companies.Don't use offensive words.Don't use irrelevant keywords.
For App Store Optimization (ASO) tips, read Selecting keywords for iOS.
Category
Categories are used to match the words searched in the App Store or a search engine.Selecting fitting keywords and categories are key to get your apps found.
Your main category will be displayed in the App Store - make sure to select the best category as your main category.Your secondary category will be displayed in the iTunesConnect.
Year and your company
Enter the current year in 4 digits, and your shop name or company name. For example, this is what you should enter:
2015 My Awesome Shop
This information is displayed at the bottom of your app detail page. This is what it will look like:
2015 My Awesome Shop
App URL
Copy and paste the URL to your desktop website. For example:
http://www.myawesomeshop.com
Enter info for your Android app
App information on the Native Appspagecan be edited by clicking on each field. Content will be saved automatically. Point your mouse to a text field to see what the entered info will look like in the app stores.
Read the tips below to help you decide what to enter for your Androidapp.
App name
Choose a simple and descriptivename to increase thechance of your app getting discovered. A maximum of 30 characters is allowed.
Keep in mind that, only the first 20 to 25 characters (including spaces) of an app name are displayed in the Play Store. Longer names will make your app look unprofessional.
There are two choices when picking your app name:
If your shop name describes what you sell, use your shop name as your app name. If this is not the case, add 2-3 keywords after your shop name with a - sign. Read ourtips for picking a descriptive app name.

View ArticleShopgate is updating its services to require TLS 1.2 for all HTTPS connections. Please follow this guide to update your system to support TLS 1.2 at your earliest convenience.
Why is TLS 1.2 required for my shop?
Shopgate uses HTTPS to securely connect to your server in exchange for sensitive data such as orders, customer information, credit cards, and other payment methods. To encrypt these communications, we use the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
TLS 1.2 is one of the most secure versions of SSL/TLS protocolthat is designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery. Shopgate will require TLS 1.2 in order to ensure thecontinuous security of your shop and adhere to industry best practices.
Many other SAAS providers are also making the change. See PayPal and Stripe's support page for more information.
What do I need to do?
To avoid any critical security risks and loss of orders, you must confirm that your systems are ready as soon as possible.
Please follow the flowchart below to check if you need to have your OpenSSLor NSSLibrary upgraded to supports TLS 1.2. More technical details are provided later in this guide.
downgrade PHP
Details for the Server Admins
Check your OpenSSL or NSS library
Shopgate plugins use cURL totransfer data (such as your order details) over HTTPS. Generally speaking, you need to have at leastcURL version 7.34.0 in order to support TLS 1.2.
However, please check the version of your cURL's underlying security library. The most common libraries that Shopgate merchants use are OpenSSL and NSS.
OpenSSL
If you use OpenSSL libraries, please update them to at least version 1.0.1.j. For more details, see below:
OpenSSL 1.0.2 and the newer versions supportTLS 1.2 by default.
? OpenSSL 1.0.1 supports TLS 1.2.However, depending on the version's patch-level, some older versions might have serious security bugs or problems such as heartbleed.
Released in June 2014, Version 1.0.1gis the oldest version considered sufficient.
+ Version 1.0.1j is needed to also mitigate the POODLE attack.
To check your OpenSSL 1.0.1 patch versions, please refer to the OpenSSL changelog.
OpenSSL 1.0.0 and the earlier versions do NOT support TLS 1.1/1.2.
Network Security Services (NSS)
If you use aNetwork Security Services (NSS) library, please update them to at least version3.15.1. Starting from this NSS version, TLS 1.2 is considered supported.Earlier versions have to be considered insufficient.
The current stable release of NSS is 3.30.2, which was released on April 20, 2017.
Other Library (e.g. GnuTLS)
If you use a different library such as GnuTLS, please check your library's change logs or documentations to ensure that it supports TLS 1.2.
Check your OS Version
Other than your security library, please also check if your Operating System (OS) version supports TLS 1.2.
Debian
If you use Debian as your operating system, we recommend upgrading it to at least Debian 7 (Wheezy)and employ all the security updates. If that is not possible, try installing a recent GnuTLS version or an OpenSSL backport for Debian 6.
Debian 7.0, released in 5/2013, originally comes with PHP 5.4 and OpenSSL 1.0.1e. It is sufficient if the regular security updates are applied.
If PHP 5.3 is needed for your system, you can manually on Wheezy, but please make sure that your SSL library supports TLS 1.2.
Other Operating System
If you use an operating system other than Debian, please check your system's change logs or documentation to ensure that it supports TLS 1.2.
Frequently Asked Questions
What will happen if my systems do not support TLS 1.2?
If you do not upgrade your SSL/TLS library to support TLS 1.2, your shop may face critical security risks in the future and your shop's mobile orders will no longer be transferred from Shopgate to your shopping system.
On top of that, your customers may not be able to use PayPal on your desktop shop anymore.

View ArticleWhen configuring a payment at Shopgate, you will likely be asked to select a transaction type for this payment.Yourpayment methods andpayment providers will show up in your mobile website and native apps. In this article, you will find the explanations about each transaction type.
Credit card transaction types
For credit card transactions, you can choose between Authorize and Capture and Authorize Only.
Authorize and CaptureThis is the most common type of credit card transactions. The amount is sent for authorization and is captured directly, so the credit card of the customer gets charged immediately.
Authorize OnlyWith this transaction type, the payment is sent for authorization only. The amount will be reserved on the customers credit card but will not be charged yet. In order to charge the money the transaction needs to be captured in a second step (e.g. after the order is shipped). This method is mostly used by merchants who have a delayed order fulfillment process.
PayPal Transaction Types
For PayPal transaction type, you can choose between Sale, Order, and Authorization.
Sale: We recommend selecting this for immediate payments from your customers.
Order: When selected, this will create an order. You will not get paid automatically.
Authorization: When selected, PayPal will authorize a payment to capture later. This will require your action before you can collect a payment from a customer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why are shipping rates incorrect for some PayPal orders?
This may be caused by PayPal Express service on the product page. If this happens, please choose to display your PayPal Express button only in cart, NOT on the product detail page. This will make sure shipping info will be calculated correctly.
Why can't I get payments from PayPal orders?
This is because your PayPal transaction type is not set up correctly.
For immediate payments from PayPal, please select Sale as your PayPal transaction type. If Authorization has been selected, you will need to go to your backend and manually authorize all payments.
What should I do after my PayPal credentials have been updated?
If you have recently updated any login credentials at PayPal, you will need to authorize your PayPal account again at Shopgate. This can be easily done by removing your PayPal from the payment list and adding it again. To remove PayPal, follow Chapter 2 and clickDelete. To add Paypal again, follow Chapter 1.
Which IPN Transaction Type does Shopgate API send?

In this article, you will find the instructions to set up the Shopgate plugin for your Oxid shop.
Install the Shopgate Plugin
Download the plugin
Download the latest plugin file "shopgate-oxid-integration.zip" via this link and extract the contents of the zip file. This should give you a folder called oxid with two subfolders:
Ab_eShop_4.7 (this is for Oxid eShop version 4.7.0 and above)
Bis_eShop_4.6 (this is for Oxid eShop versions 4.2.0 to 4.6.x)
Upload the plugin to your server
Use an FTP or a similar program to copy the plugin into your Oxid eShop. Plenty of FTP programs can be found on the internet. If youdon'tknow which one to use, we recommend FileZilla.
Once your FTP program is connected to your server, navigate to your locally extracted Shopgate plugin.
Choose between the subfolders Ab_eShop_4.7 or Bis_eShop_4.6 according to your Oxid version.
Open a subfolder of this folder called copy_this. Copy all contents in "copy_this" directly to the root directory of your Oxid installation on your server. Dont close your FTP program just yet. Youll need it again in a later step.
Set file permissions
Its necessary to set file permissions to the "temp" and "config" folders on your server.
To do this, navigate to the "modules/shopgate/shopgate_library" folder on your server and select both "temp" and "config" folders. Right click on your selection and clickFile permissions....
"Change file attributes" opens. Enter the numeric value 664* into the input field. Make sure the checkbox "Recurse into subdirectories is enabled and Apply to all files and directories is selected as the option. Click OK to finish the upload.

In the main menu on the left, clickMaster Settings -> Core Settings, then click the tab labeled Shopgate. Expand the sections called Basic Configuration and Mobile website by clicking them. Fill in the Shopgate Customer Number, Shop Number, Shopgate API Key, and Alias with the values from your Shopgate merchant backend. There are some other settings on this page, but youdon'tneed to configure them for now. Click Save.
Connect your shop to Shopgate
Go back to the pop-up window at your Shopgate merchant page (step 4).
Under 3. Enter URL, enter the URL of your shop. Click Connect to establish the interface.

That's it! Now the Shopgate backend will automatically start to import product data via the newly established interface.
Update an existing plugin
Before updating your Shopgate plugin to a newer version, make sure to check if your shop uses a customized version of the Shopgate plugin. If this is the case, a generic plugin update will NOT work for your shop.
You are using a customized version if:
You have contacted Shopgate about making a third party plugin to work in your mobile shop, or about adding a special feature or function.
Shopgate has sent you an adapted version of the plugin.
The plugin file you installed has "adaption" in the name.
Once you know if you are using a customized Shopgate plugin or not, follow the instructions below to update it:

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is "generic payment" displayed instead of SOFORT berweisung/Paypal/Credit card?
Payment methods that could not be automatically assigned from the Shopgate plugin will be listed as "Generic Payment."
Why couldn't my orders transfer from Shopware to plentyMarkets ERP system?
If you use the plentyMarkets ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in your Shopware Shopping Cart System, it is a known issue that Shopgate orders may not be transferred correctly.
To fix it, please make the following changes to the plentyMarket Connector Module in your Shopware settings:
Navigate to Settings ->plentyMarkets.
In plentymarket's configuration page, click theSettings tab.
Look for "Shopgate Zahlungsart(en)" under the section "Export Auftrge."
In the text field, select "Generische Zahlungsart von Shopgate - Greift, wenn keine passende Zahlungsart gefunden wurde" and "Shopgate Zahlungsart - Der Zahlungsfluss luft ber das Shopgate-Konto."
Why did an order fail to transfer?
This may be caused by the DHL module. If you use the DHL module in your Shopware backend, an error might occur when a customer uses mobile coupons (that is, coupons created in your Shopgate Admin ). However, desktop coupons created via your Shopware backend should not cause this issue.
How do I install the Shopgate extension using the zip file?
You can also install the Shopgate extension for Shopware by downloading the zip file called shopgate-shopware-integration.zip via then uploading it to your Shopware shop backend:
Log in to your Shopware Adminand navigate toConfiguration -> Plugin Manager.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use emojis in a push notification?
To insert an emoji in a push notification, follow these steps:
Go to Marketing Push Messages +Create new in your Shopgate Admin.
Visit an emoji website such as https://emojikeyboard.org/ or http://emojipedia.org/ and copy the emoji you want to use.
Paste it in the "Message" field.
Mac users can also bring up the emoji window byusing the keyboard shortcut "ctrl + cmd + space" and clickon an emoji to insert it.
The emojis might look different on different devices. Some of the news emojis may not be supported on the older devices. Test your push notification to make sure the emojis show up as you want them to be.
Why do I see more opens of a push notification on Android?
Due to the different usability of push notifications, studies have shown that on average, the open rate on Android is three times higher than that on iOS. Read for more information.
Why are my customers not receiving push notifications?
When the app is actively running in the foreground, customers will NOT receive any push notifications. Push notifications are only received if the app is closed or running in the background.
Best practices for push notifications
The best push notifications are those that areshort and actionable. In general, iOS users see around 120 characters, while Android devices only show about 40 characters without the notification being expanded. Because of this, your users may only see the first half of a sentence when your push notification pops up.
To make the most of this, use these tips:
Try to place the mostimportant keywords at the beginning.
Shorten the notification to one line, if possible.
Use emojis instead of words to save the precious screen real estate and attract attention at the same time!
Another good practice is to give users incentives to tap or slide on your push notifications. Only send a push notification when there is something your users can act upon, such as:
A coupon
A sales event
Anabandoned cart that needs to be completed

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I enroll as an individual or organization?
If your company is a corporation (Corp., Inc.), limited liability company (LLC, LC, Ltd. Co.), or a legal entity (GmbH, AG, KG, oHg, etc.), you must enroll as an organization or your app will be rejected.
If you are a sole proprietorship or a single person company, you must enroll asan individual.
Why should I turn off "Two-factor authentication" for my Apple ID?
Having the authentication turned off will ensure a smooth process for creating and updating your app.
"Two-factor authentication" requires a 6-digit verification code every time someone tries to login with the Apple ID. This code displays on a "trusted" Apple ID device, such as your iPhone, iPad, or Macbook. Since Shopgate does not have access to your personal devices, we will have to call you immediately every time we try to upload your app, create the necessary certificates, make changes, or update your app. If you are not available within the short period of time your 6-digit verification code is valid, we will NOT be able to do anything. Therefore, we strongly recommend having the"Two-factor authentication" feature off for this Apple ID.
If you enrolled in the "older" version of the service called "Two-step verification," please turn this off as well.

View ArticleWhen your app is live, you can start converting your sporadic customers into shop regulars simply by using our tips and tricks for successful app promotion. All you need isthe right marketing tools that will convince your customers to download your app--and you need to use it over and over.
Why should I promote my app?
Every customer who downloads your app offers great potential to become a regular. Marketing research shows that retaining regular customers converts more sales in the long run. Obviously, retention should be a great priority!
Of course, promotion comes in the form of advertising. There are two types of advertisements: organic, which does not cost you money, and paid.
Organic advertisement
Tip #1: Define the added value of your app.
The biggest key to advertising your app? Explain exactly why your customers should make the effort to download your app. You need to explain what added value they get out of an app that is simply not offered on your website. An especially efficient way of doing this is to advertise special offers and campaigns that are app-exclusive. The Shopgate feature Deal of the Day is an excellent example of an app-exclusive sales event. Even before you launch your app, include information about upcoming Deals of the Day or any other app-exclusive features you want to offer.
Remember, apps simply add more to the retail experience you offer your customers. Keep reminding them of that.
Tip #2: Promote your app using email marketing and newsletters.
Email marketing may seem old-fashioned as you prepare to blaze a trail in the world of mobile. However, email is anything but obsolete--and it can be especially relevant for app marketing. While you may feel like apps and social media are the biggest features on smartphones, the truth is that 51% of emails are now opened on mobile devices. Chances are, your customers will open your emails on the very devices that allow them to jump directly to your app.
The key to modernizing your email marketing is to keep it mobile-friendly. Here are some ways to keep your email campaigns relevant to your new app:
Keep your message clean and concise--exactly what smartphone users want to see as they flip between emails, texts, social media, and other apps.
On the day of your app launch, send an email blast that offers a promo code. That incentivizes every stage of the mobile process: promo codes convince users to download the app, open the app, and buy from the app. Promises of future perks like more promo codes also serve your goal of retention.
Another important rule to follow for initial app marketing via email: create a series of emails with a focus on messaging and keeping a cohesive tone. We recommend scheduling four emails over the span of two months.
You should plan to keep up email marketing during the life of your app. A regular newsletter is an excellent way to keep customers informed of new products, upcoming sales events, or to simply wish them well on an upcoming holiday. Shopgate allows you to add a newsletter sign-up form inside your app. Plan to include that in your app.
App Design
Tip #3: Use social media channels.
Obviously, any Internet-based business is rendered essentially useless without a social media presence. Social media is one of the most powerful organic marketing tools to have in your belt. Weve gathered some tips for specific social media channels to maximize the visibility and promotion of your new app.
Pin a post advertising the app to the top of your shops Facebook page.
Include images in Facebook posts to catch customers eyes in their text-heavy timelines. Make sure these images are interesting and high-resolution.
Feel free to include a promo code to incentivize app downloads.
Tweet an advertisement for your app (with a promo code!) and pin it to the top of your profile.
Retweet your happy customers if they mention you--its a form of organic advertising that only takes a click.
Instagram prides itself on beauty and style, so images posted here should match that aesthetic. Instagram is unique in that it doesnt focus on text. Therefore, the most beautiful and creative graphics available should be used on this particular platform.
Master your hashtags. Instagram has a feature called hashtag following, which allows users to see posts using a particular hashtag without even following extra accounts. Figure out the most popular hashtags that are relevant to your brand and your products, and use them on all of your Instagram posts.
Create a unique but recognizable hashtag where users can submit images of the swag theyve bought from the app. Repost the best pictures, mentioning the users and the app in the captions. This doesnt only advertise the function of your app--it makes your brand more personal, which is one reason shoppers are turning to mobile.
Tip #4: Promote the app on your website.
Your customers already visit your website. Advertising there should be a no-brainer.
Desktop
Add a pop-up, landing page, or a feature on the order confirmation page to let purchasers know about the app. Theyve obviously seen at least one thing they like about your shop--give them so many more. Feel free to offer a promo code or free shipping on their first app order.
There are a couple of obvious places to advertise your app on your desktop site. Your websites About section is one. If your website has a blog, you should be dedicating plenty of content there to your app. Again, don't shy away from offering an incentive such as a promo code or free shipping on their first app order.
Marketing Spotlight: Shopgate merchant KicksUSA dedicated an entire page to advertising their mobile app. It showcases various features of the app, gorgeous screenshots of their products and app pages, and links to download it in the App Store and Google Play.
Mobile
Add a badge with a direct link to the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store.
Shopgate automatically generates a smart banner for your mobile website. Mobile smart banners use a fraction of the screen on a mobile website to automatically open up the app when its installed or to fall back to an App Store page if not.
Tip #5: Use in-store advertising, package garnish, and other forms of print advertising with QR codes for app downloads.
Remind your customers of the app using simple, old-fashioned paper. Using your shipping packaging, receipts/invoices, fliers, and whatever other paper you use, encourage them to download an app with a QR code. You can also advertise your QR code in public, such as on signs in your brick-and-mortar store that potential customers can easily reach and scan. Bonus: you can also add an automatic coupon to a QR code!
If you offer paper catalogs to your customer, Shopgate offers an app feature called Scan & Buy. It allows customers to take a photo of yourcatalog page and directly order the products.Using linked catalogs shows your customers that you attemptto offer more convenience and fun while shopping.
Tip #6: Optimize the discoverability of your app in the app stores.
When your app is uploaded to the App Store, you can start making the most of App Store Optimization.
Tip #7: Update your design from time to time.
Changeyour app design every now and then to draw the attention of your customers. These design updates are especially worthwhile around the holidays or other special campaigns.
Tip #8: Promote app reviews of your customers.
When your app has a lot of good reviews, this encourages possible customers to download it. Offer a coupon to your purchasing customers in exchange for a post-purchase review.
Paid advertising services
Tip #1: Use Facebook Ads.
Using Facebook Ads, you can draw attention to your app with advertisements on Facebook. Facebook Pixel and Facebook Analytics help you track Facebook customers' behavior so you can address the right target group.
Tip #2: Generate app installations usingGoogle Adwords.
In addition to granting you higher visibility, Google Adwords also allows you to track your mobile shop with Google AdWords.

View ArticleHow do I request an app update?
Also known as ASO, App Store Optimization makes your app more visible to an in-store app search, helps them stand out from similar apps, and gives people more reasons to download them.Once your apps are live in the app stores, you want to make sure that people can find them. While you can tell friends and customers about it on your website and social network accounts, how do you make people who don't know your shop to find your apps, download them, and become your customers?
The answer is easy: take advantage of all the marketing features the app stores offer you.In this article, you will find ASO tips to make your apps more visible, attractive, and compelling in the iOS and Android app stores.
Seven ways you can maximize ASO:
App icon
App name
Subtitles
Keywords & categories
Feature image
App description
Promotional text
App screenshots
App ratings & reviews
ASO Tip #1: Create a simple app icon
People are unlikely to download an app with a cluttered and confusing icon design. A good app icon tells the story of your shop and grabs the attention of a potential customer. Before you learn how to configure your app's icon and other graphics, find out below what makes an icon pique the curiosity of app store surfers.
To please the eyes of your picky customers, follow these tips:
Use your shop logo.Make sure it is legible at icon-size.
Keep it simple.Usethe most representative element of your shop logo or name.
Use graphical elements. You don't need to include your shop's name in the icon. Ifthe shop name is part of the logo, make sure it's short and legible.
Try colors and see if they fit.Colorful icons can attract attention. Use the main colors of your shop logo.
Pay attention to details.Make sure theicon looks clear and attractive atsize 1024x1024.
Use the same icon across platforms.Use the same icon for Android and iOS apps, and for smartphone and tablet apps.
Try to avoid the following mistakes:
Too much detail on the icon.Too many words and images will look tiny and unprofessional.
Including shop descriptions in the icon. There areapp descriptions and keywords for that!
Too many colors or irrelevantcolors.
Making an icon too small.Your iconwill look blurry on a big device.
Using different icons for each platform.Your customers may be confused when they try to download your apps on a different device/app store.
ASO Tip #2: Add keywords to your app name
"Around 60% of apps are discovered through app store browses and searches."-- Forrester
Your app name is the most important factor in search. You can learn how to enter an app name and other key information here, but keep reading here to learn how to maximize the effect this information can have!
Feel free touse your shop name as your app name, keeping in mind that you have a maximum of 30 characters in both app stores. However, adding a few keywords toyour appnamecould greatly increase your chance of being discovered.
Try these tips when adding keywords to your app name:
Keep it short.Use 2-3 keywords--the most relevant keywords you can think of. Keep in mind that only the first 19-20 characters (including spaces) of an app name are always displayed in the app stores, depending on the page.
Make it interesting.Describe your specialty products and services--the facets of your shop that set you apart from your competition.
Be explicit.Make it clear that users can buy physical products from your app. Summarize which products you sell.
Use URL-safe characters.Try not to use accented characters or symbols like & or ~.
ASO Tip #3: Choose a subtitle (only)
You also have the option to add a subtitle for your app that will show in the App Store. This will be displayed directly below the app title and cannot exceed 30 characters. The subtitle is also used by Apple to index search rankings, so you should consider it carefully.
Tips for choosing the right subtitle:
Formulate your subtitle as a call-to-action. Install the app and register for 10% off!
Use your subtitle to convey an idea, an intention or even a slogan.Just do it!
Choose something simple and straightforward. Use a descriptive term or emphasize the purpose of the app, such as Transform photos into works of art."
Note: Subtitles will only appear on the App Store for customers with iOS 11 or newer and changes will require an app update in order to appear.
ASO Tip #4: Choose research keywords & categories( only)
Keywords and categories have a huge impact on search. The App Store ranks your app in a search according to the keywords and categories you selected. Therefore, selecting competitive, best-fitting keywords and categories are crucial to making your apps visible.
Follow these tips when selecting your keywords:
Use relevant keywords only.Describe theproducts you offer, where and how your products are used, what functions they serve, what makes them special, which group of people is your shop aiming for, and other important facets of your brand. Keep in mind that there is a 100-character limit.
Use athesaurus to help you find alternative words.Try different keywords which may reduce competition and bring your app to a higher ranking from a search.
Research your competitors' keywords.
Analyze keywords' popularity and difficulty.Search for an ASO tool on the Internet to analyze the popularity and difficulty of your keywords.
An easy style guide on keywords:
Separate your keywords with commas only.Spaces are not necessary and take up precious space. For example: go with "awesome, organic, farm, fruits, veggie" instead of "awesome, organic, farm, fruits, veggie."
Use single words instead of phrases.Use "organic, farm" instead of "organic farm."
Use the singular form of a word instead of the plural form.Use "banana" instead of "bananas."
Use numbers instead of words.Use "8" in place of "eight" to save space.
Beware of the following mistakes - some of whichmay result in a rejection from the app stores:
Don't use names or brands from existing apps or third party companies.
Don't use offensive words.
Don't use irrelevant keywords.
Don'tuse your app name or company name as keywords. They are automatically added by the App Store, which gives you more characters to use!
Don'tadd the word "free."This is automatically added for Shopgate mobile apps.
ASO Tip #5: Adding an eye-catchingfeature image (only)
The feature imageis a wonderful opportunity to highlight your Android app and promote your brand in a big and visual way.
Follow these tips when creating your feature image:
Image needs to be 1024 x 500 pixels and designed to scale.Your feature image needs to look good in both a full-size web browser and on a handset.
Create fun and enticing graphics.Be bold and creative when promoting your brand.
Use colors that stand out on a black or white background.
Don't use a text-heavy advertising-style graphic.
Don't overload the graphic with details.
ASO Tip #6: Adding a smart description
You can describe your shop's products and services in 4000 characters. This description will help customers to understand your business in more details. Please note that you need an app update to change the description.
If you're looking for tips to write a good description, read these tips:
Place your most important info first.Describe the most important information about your shop and app in the first three lines. The rest of the text is only visible by clicking "read more."
Explain what you sell and whyshould people buy from you.
List the features and benefits your app provides.
Include social proof.List awards, customertestimonials, blog post reviews, recommendations fromsocial networks, and other forms of praise you've received.
ASO Tip #7: Create promotional text(only)
In addition to the standard description, youre able to add promotional text which can be used to share the latest news about your app, such as limited-time sales, important updates, or other events within your app. This text can be up to 170 characters long. A simple sentence or two can capture the users attention and persuade them to install the app.
To get the best results from your promotional text, follow these tips:
Avoid long run-on sentences, instead opting for something short and sweet. Remember to keep it simple!
Be persuasive enough to convince curious users to download your app.
Note: The promotional text will only appear in the App Store for customers with iOS 11 or newer and does not require an app update to show.
ASO Tip #8: Personalized screenshots
Note: You do notneed to upload screenshots of your own. Shopgate will create genericscreenshots of your app's homepage, product pages, and checkout page at no extra cost for you.
Note:When creating your own screenshots for Apple devices please ensure that no third-party platforms are displayed. Examples of third-party platforms are products (android devices, software products) from companies that could be considered competitors of Apple.
App screenshots are your best trick to turn potential customers into buyers. If someone has come so far to look at your screenshots, you need to be prepared to show them your best work, catch their eye, and make your app scream "download me!"
At Shopgate, we generate screenshots for each device/size (iPhone 6, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s, iPad, and Android smartphones and tablets). However, if you'd like to usepersonalized screenshots, feel free to upload them to your Shopgate Admin by clickingDesign Logos.
If you're making your own personalized screenshots, try out these tips:
Use as many screenshots as possible. You can upload five screenshots for each device size at Shopgate. If you would like to add more screenshots, send them to [email protected].
Put your most relevant screenshots first. The first one and a half screenshots will be directly visible on the app's detail page. Make sure your first two screenshots are attractive and informative. Use your splash screen if it has a nice design and tells a story about your shop.
Upload a video.Madea demo video of your brand and products? Wantto include additional information?Send yourvideo to [email protected] !Yourvideo should be in mp4 format and should be12-30 seconds.
Beautify and explain your screenshots. You can spice up your screenshots by editing them in an app (such as PhotoShop). Frame your screenshots on a phone, use a background, highlight your products, and add a short explanation.
Please note that Shopgate automatically generates and updatesscreenshots for all shops when a new app design rolls out. If you noticed that we updated your screenshots, send us an email at [email protected]. We can reverse the updatefor you.
ASO Tip #9: Ask for ratings and reviews
It's no secret that mobile users tend to trust apps with good reviews and a fair amount of downloads. Once your app islive, it's in your hands to get a good start!
Try these tips to get ratings and reviews for your apps:
Advertise your apps to your current customers.Add a banneron your shop's website saying that you're now offering native apps. Notify your customers of this news inyour newsletters. In all of your online advertising, make sure to provide links to download the apps.
Ask existing customers to review your products and services.Ask people who have bought products from your shop to write a review in your apps.
Tell your fans and followers about your apps.Your fans and followers already like you - tell them to download and reviewyour apps! Try posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, blogs, or whatever you use to connect with your customers.
Give a little incentive.Motivate your customers with a coupon after theydownload and review your apps.
Going live in the app stores
It's always a good idea to preview your apps before you let them go live in the app stores. This will provide you an opportunity to see what your customers see, and correct any mistakes or features you aren't happy with. Learn how to preview your apps here.

In this article, you will find the instructions to set up a connection to Shopgate for your Volusion shop.
Get started
Volusion forces a password reset every few months. When this happens, your mobile shop will not be able to communicate to your Volusion backend via the API unless you update the password in the Shopgate Admin. In other words, your mobile shop will not be updated automatically.
To create a mobile shop from your Volusion backend, an API connection is required.Your orders and product imports/updates will be processed via the secure API method. Follow the steps below to create an API admin user:
Create an API administrator
Log into your Volusion backend and navigate to Customers Administrators.
ClickAdd.
Enter the Basic Customer Info. SetAccess Keyto "Administrator." Choose an email address and a safe password.
Scroll down to Special Privileges and check"Is Super Admin." ClickSave.
Now the page will refresh and an ID will be created for this API admin user. A new API admin user has been added to your Volusion backend.
Edit Access Rules
With this API admin user, your mobile shop can now talk to your Volusion backend. Please edit access rules so your mobile shop can receive updated information such as user accounts, orders, products, and more.
Click the red linkEdit Cust#n Access Rules(n is the ID) under Administrator.
ClickCheck All andSave.
Enable product import & export in XML format
Navigate to Inventory Import/Export.
Click Volusion API. Check both boxes for "Enable the public XML for Featured Products" and "Enable public XML for All Products." Click both Save buttons.
Find your "Product export URL"
Now that you have created an API admin user, you can soon start building your mobile shop! In order to do that, all you need is to find your "Product export URL" to make the connection.
On the page where you left off from the previous step (Inventory Import/Export Volusion API), click Volusion API Integration Helpin Generic.
In the drop-down box next to Export, select Generic Products. Select the email address you used to create the API account. Now click on the second section labeled"URL with Query String and General Information for Importing and Exporting" to review a URL at the bottom.
This is the URL your mobile shop needs to communicate to your shop system. Now continue to the next chapter to enter it in your Shopgate Admin.
Build your mobile shop
Establish a connection to Shopgate
To establish a connection between your Volusion backend and your mobile shop, enter the URL for importing and exporting your products. Follow the steps below:
Log in to your Shopgate Admin and navigate toIntegrationInstall Interface.
In the drop-down labeled Select a system, start typing "Volusion" and select it when it appears.
A pop-up will open. Paste the URL you found in Chapter 1.4 in the text field. Click Connect to establish the interface.
If a connection is made successfully, the pop-up shown below will open. Here you will be able to assign jobs to your first connection. We recommend leaving all assignments to ON at this time. Click Save.
Now you should see the progress bar running, and the Shopgate backend automatically filling your mobile shop with your products.
Depending on how many products you have, the import process can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. You can always check the status of the imports. If no status bar is shown, it means either the import is finished, or no import is running at the moment.
Welcome to the mobile world!
Activate your mobile website
To redirect mobile visitors to your mobile website, a few lines of code need to be modified in your main template file. Follow the steps below to do so.
In your Volusion backend navigate to Designs File Editor. On the right, click your main template file. Its usually the first one under Shortcuts Template Files.
Copy the JavaScript code and paste them into the marked position of your template file (right below the opening <head> tag):
<!-- SHOPGATE MOBILE HEADER START --><script type="text/javascript"> var _shopgate = new Object(); _shopgate.shop_number = "YOUR_SHOP_NUMBER"; var shopgateRegHome = /^https?:\/\/[^\/]+(?:\/?(?:default\.aspx?)?)?(\/?\?.+)?$/i var shopgateRegCategory = /(-|_)s\/([0-9]+)\.htm(\??.*)$/ var shopgateRegProduct = /(-|_)p\/([-a-z0-9]+)\.htm(\??.*)$/ if (/\sg_debug=1$/.exec(document.URL) != null) { window.navigator = new Object({"userAgent":"RedirectBot"}); } if (shopgateRegProduct.exec(document.URL) != null) { _shopgate.redirect = "item"; _shopgate.item_number_public = RegExp.$2.toUpperCase(); } else if ((shopgateRegCategory.exec(document.URL) != null)) { _shopgate.redirect = "category"; _shopgate.category_number = RegExp.$2; } else if (shopgateRegHome.exec(document.URL) != null) { _shopgate.redirect = "start"; } else { _shopgate.redirect = "default"; } _shopgate.is_default_redirect_disabled = true; _shopgate.host = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://static-ssl.shopgate.com" : "http://static.shopgate.com"); document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" + _shopgate.host + "/mobile_header/" + _shopgate.shop_number + ".js' type='text/javascript' %3E%3C/script%3E"));</script><!-- SHOPGATE MOBILE HEADER END -->

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do products with children sometimes show as inactive in my mobile shop?
Due to a limitation in the Volusion API, a child product can be mapped to its parent product only if the name matches that of the parent. If you experience this problem, please edit the product names in Volusion accordingly.
For example, the part before " - <Color> - <Size>" must be exactly the same for parent and child products:
Wrong:
Parent: A nice sundressChildren: A pretty sundress - <Color> - <Size>
Correct:
Parent: A nice sundressChildren: A nice sundress - <Color> - <Size>
Do I need to update my mobile shop in the future?
You do not need to manually update your mobile shop. Whenever there is an update in the Shopgate software, we will update your shop via API method automatically.
