Mr. Daniel Weinand is the Co-Founder of Shopify Inc. and has been its Chief Creative Officer since February 2017. Mr. Weinand served as Chief Design Officer since 2008 and Chief Culture Officer since 2012. Mr. Weinand joined Shopify in 2005 and co-founded the Shopify platform that launched in 2006. He is a Contributor to the open source community and is also a published Photographer. He attended the Technical University of Dortmund in Germany studying Computer Science and Music.
