I'm am having some problems with the store manager at my location . And I would like to talk with some one in HR

its a pretty good job pay should be better

I have been harassed, gaslit, and intimidated by my manager on multiple occasions.

There is a lot of bias at my company I work at shoppers world and Indianapolis Indiana store number 15 I've been here since November 2nd 2019 I make $12 an hour and I can't get promoted I work my butt off everyday I am here sometimes 7 days a week I even come in when we're so short staff

The manager takes everthing personal , she show favortism with new employees , while the hardworkers get the short end of the stick

Taking issues seriously. They also need to work better as a team.

Working , and stop putting they load off on certain employees

Overall communication

There are no benefits for my position; not even sick days. I have been fixing all tech issues in the store and assisting customers as the only cashier all day every day because the store manager(Juana) is incompetent and lazy. I would feel better about dealing with this if I got paid a livable wage

We get paid $9 and do more then the managers , we dont get benefits , and she take every situation personal and always firing people for small things so now we havw extra work to do and have to work extra days and hours

I feel like I work hard and get treated very poorly I wish people were more considerate of other peoples feelings

I work in the receiving department our team is strong we are the only loyal things in this company we don't quit we work even if there's no work we'll go on the floor we sort through boxes of hangers we can break down receive and process 24 skids in less than a week and we are all females older fema

Its only 5 of us work hard the rest do whatever they want

better communication

We all know each other we all have an understanding that there are families and there are emergencies nobody gets punished for spur of the moment things we are all very understanding

The most positive thing about the environment is the good priced

The level of professionalism shown by management could definitely be better. The teenaged cashiers act more responsibly and respectfully than the full grown adult managers.

I got hired on the spot and put to work

I had just came from ivy tech I was a student I was wearing sweats my hair was in a messy bun and they were doing walk-in interviews I walked in and they interviewed me and two days later I started they were so blown away by my interview they couldn't figure out where they wanted to put me first

It was immediate. I was hired and working within 10 minutes of being there.

Cooperation from employees. And communication

When I know I am getting my job done I do have a lot on my plate at work I am the main go to in the receiving area I make tags I pulled trucks I move everything to the right area I use the forklifts and the floor jacks I'm fast and good at what I do and I like it

A real manager whos know how to manage the store

The manager needs to be talked to about his poor behavior to employees and customers
