What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to support their management 100%. They also need to interact with their managers two or three times a week. I spoke with CEO the day I started and the day I left.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My tetirement plan and my weekly pay
The 401k match is pretty good.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Well i would like all meetings to be in person
Half of them are amazing! Good thing as they are carrying they dead wood of the other fifty percent!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A bad team starts with bad leadership. The head of our department is very insecure and that leaks onto the rest of the team. She has fostered a high school type of clique environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadersip never puts anyone down. We fee valuable
I am!! I keep it positive and look after my staff so they know I appreciate them. I do not get this from my own Executives or CEO
