- What did you like most about the interview process?Sia Partners doesn't take a cookie cutter approach to interview questions and relies on it's most senior employees to make the best decisions. There is no rigid "universal hiring framework" which I find tends to weed out qualified candidates unnecessarily.
- What makes you most happy at work?The freedom and autonomy to do my job the best way I see fit.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The commrodary between our teams and the helpful nature make any fire-drill or crisis seem manageable. It allows me to leave a fear-motivated mindset and concentrate on the opportunities in front of me.
