If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Sierra Corporation?
They are very unprofessional, if someone is fired, the entire company knows by the end of the day, who, and why. Upper management also speak badly of employees when other employees can hear what they are saying. They also lie about the training you will receive, it is a sink or swim mentality. By far the worst employer I have ever had.
