What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessible leadership team with very little red tape. If you need help there are no issues with skipping a few layers and going to the top
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They act like court prosecutor looking for fault. Not supportive and part of team. Talk more then listen. Needs to change especially in OPS.

Salary and compensation is fair
