What makes you most happy at work?

The actual work and interaction with my fellow coworkers makes me very happy.

The autonomy and trust to do what I believe needs to be done to help my team members and the company without being micromanaged. Seeing the satisfaction of a delivered product that makes our customers' business better.

The ability to be autonomous and decide on things that make an impact.
