Great company.. however, teller system is at least 10 years behind in technology, the system is all manual... it would be great if we had better systems

My lieadershop is greattt howeverrrrr, this company doesnt gove manager training and because there isnt one available i do see some unprofessional managers that talk down to employees without a care
