Our Policy Purpose

Values and Ethics
Signify Technology is a member of The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSco) and agree to their Codes of Conduct. We will not act on an instruction from a client that is in breach of any applicable law or regulation in place relating to discrimination. Signify Technology ensures that we demonstrate our commitment by providing the highest principles of professionalism, integrity and fair practice in all communication and decision making.
Workforce and Service Standards
All staff should understand that they, as well as their employer will be held accountable for acts of bullying, harassment, victimisation, and unlawful discrimination, in the course of their employment, against fellow employees, customers, suppliers and the public.

We strive to recruit on a culture ad basis rather than for culture fit, the aim is for our workforce to be a true representation of society and our customers.
The following standards are mandatory:
Candidates
• All enquiries are to be dealt with within 24 hours.
• All candidates are to be fully registered, qualified, and tested (where appropriate) and referenced prior to be placed.
• Written terms and conditions are provided to all temporary workers prior to being placed.
• All vacancies or placements are discussed with the candidates before being put forward to the client.
• Feedback provided to all parties, where required, on the day of submission.
Clients
• All client’s terms of business are discussed with them prior to business being agreed.
• Clients are to be updated on progress of candidates and roles.
• We strive to add to our client’s inclusive and diverse workforce by delivering candidates derived from a culture ad perspective.
