As the CEO of Signify Technology I have over 14 years experience within the technology industry and but I still love it like it's my first day.

Signify Tech is a multi-award-winning staffing agency focused on Functional programming. We believe in being a true niche specialist and focussing on one thing and doing it well, I love all things Functional with a huge focus on Scala.

Over the last 5 years, we have grown 100% year on year, we have successfully helped 1000+ Engineers to secure new jobs, with 250+ tech companies across 20 countries globally.

We are currently a team of 45+ full-time staff split across four offices in London, Manchester, Los Angeles and Austin.

A big motivation for me personally is to help diversify the tech industry and the recruitment industry. Signify are a minority-owned business, 42% of our staff are women and 31% of our staff are BAME.

Some of the clients who trust us include Twitter, Capital One, Amazon, ITV, Sky, Activison, eBay and Lightbend, and many fast growth start-ups.

I love helping those around me, dedicated to training and development, with a big emphasis on progressing team members to senior roles. I get a kick out of inspiring and motivating team members to fulfil their potential.
