The staff and some comradery

Having a team, along with leaders that all get along and work smoothly together
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need a total revamp of upper management especially the plant manager at the Menomonee Falls facility who is a tyrannical dictator.
Management is clueless to what the employees need. The mentality is always do more with less
People need to mind their own business and quit harassing people.
Lack of valuing workforce; communicate better and more positively/proactively with employees..
