Comparable pay to other industrial maintenance jobs in the area. Good schedule,decent benefits. Like any job it has its good and bad days, and good and bad management. All in all a good job if you don't mind a fast paced production environment.

Toxic workplace amd tyrannical management.

Worked there for over 30yrs. Your set up to fail everyday. Its like walking into a prison.

They are a great leadership team to work with. They are always about solving problems, reaching goals, and motivating the employees to do their best.

They are good and smart, just too young and and don’t really know everything they should know about the machines. But as leaders, they are great

Silgan containers is a highly profitable Corporation but yet benefits are mediocre and wages are just about average.

People need more help. They bury you in work & its overwhelming.

The warning/step system is onerous and restrictive, all but designed to prevent advancement of any sort..

They are hard workers, they work together as a team, very friendly, and very easy to work with.

We all work really hard to provide for our families. We can all relate to each other.

Hardly any of the co-workers talk to one another because of the toxic working environment. Management is at fault for this especially the plant manager at the Menomonee Falls facility.

Need more training. They are just thrown out on a job without proper training

There are some good people. But its frustrating because everybody is overloaded with the work

The people that i work with are just generally positive and enjoyable to work with.

Everyone is in a good mood 90% of the time. We work long hours, so we try to keep one another’s spirits up as much as possible.

The environment is very secluded. Very very large space

Upper management needs to start respecting employees including their own for supervisors who they treat very poorly.

People need to be more respectful and mind their own business and quit hearrasing people.
