What do you like best about the leadership team?
Thoughtful wanting to do the right thing
The leadership team values honest feedback, preparedness, and is very pro-active and forward-looking. They have set a tone at the top for organizational and individual success.
They are out going and pleasent

They need to work on communicating.

Base pay is competitive for banking
employee stock options are good given how well the stock is doing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one pays attention to me. They should offer monthly salary raises.
Work compensation and expectation to work
Smaller banks will offer stock grants and higher cash compensation than SVB. Where SVB shines is the benefits/total compensation.

Some team members are good

My team works well together, but they're an entitled bunch.

Diversity, inclusion, empathy, encouragement, opportunity
appreciation for honesty, preparedness, a passion for doing the right thing, and a passion for getting it done right.
I think SVB is a meritocracy generally
We have great people on our team!
Everyone is in it together; very little alpha showboating. We all want to see the ecosystem advance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Trust the middle management, support the employee and encourage value feedback by showing the feedback is actioned

Panel interviews but we are no longer in operation
