What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's the friendliest place I have ever been employed. Again, no ego's.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are no ego's. Everyone works together to achieve a common goal. Everyone is friendly and the environment is very collaborative even though we're working from different locations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Coming from a place that paid well below market for my skillset it's nice to finally be compensated fairly. It's also nice of SF to reimburse some of my cell and home internet costs since I am a remote worker.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager is not overbearing to the point of micromanaging. I'm trusted to do my job and do it well. On the flip side of the coin I never have trouble getting assistance from others when I need it. Many places claim to have fantastic culture but Silverfort really does!
