What did you like most about the interview process?Learning what I would be doing and how I would be doing it.
What are some of the best things about your team?They are very giving, instructive and always willing to help you so that you can be successful. They take the time to not only show you how to do your job, but to actually help you understand why they do it the way they do it so that I can fully understand the way their process works.
What makes you most happy at work?I get to learn so much in different areas and I am working with people in who are actually where I want to be with in the next 5-7 years. I actually look forward to going to work each day because I know I will learn something new. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and always willing to help.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?I would like more money per hour.
