What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy working for the firm of Simmons and Fletcher. Although I have only been here a short time, I feel I have already learned a great deal. My supervisor is awesome. He takes the time to give me proper instruction on how he wants the work done and is very knowledgeable about marketing. I l
They come to work everyday.
The leaders really are concerned about the employees on a personal level and will help out with pay advances in emergency situations.

Learning something new everyday. Knowledge is a powerful thing .

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very giving, instructive and always willing to help you so that you can be successful. They take the time to not only show you how to do your job, but to actually help you understand why they do it the way they do it so that I can fully understand the way their process works.
We all get along and do not fight.
they work hard even after hours and weekends to take care fo any issues that require it.
They are all highly motivated to succeed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all seem to get along and the company gives us donuts.
Its very family-oriented. Time off for family matters is not an issue.

What makes you most happy at work?
I get to learn so much in different areas and I am working with people in who are actually where I want to be with in the next 5-7 years. I actually look forward to going to work each day because I know I will learn something new. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and always willing to help.
Making money to provide for my Family.
Not having managers try to constantly micromanage all you do.
The freedom to work and do my job without every detail being controlled by a manager.
