Stephen C. Massanelli — EVP of Organizational Development at Simmons First National Corporation

Mr. Stephen C. Massanelli, also known as Steve, has been an Executive Vice President of Organizational Development at Simmons First National Corporation since December 15, 2014. Mr. Massanelli serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President-Simmons Bank. Mr. Massanelli serves as Chief Financial Officer and Principal at Treadstone Group, LLC. He is a key member of Simmons's executive leadership. He is involved in all aspects of Simmons' operations and has a particular focus on funding strategy and investor relations. He joined Simmons in 2011. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Massanelli was a Principal of The Treadstone Group, Inc. Mr. Massanelli served as a Senior Vice President of Shared Services Loss Prevention and Security at Zale Corporation since April 2008. He served as a Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Zale Corporation from May 2004 to November 2007 and also served as its Treasurer since June 9, 1997. Mr. Massanelli joined Zale Corp. on June 9, 1997 as a Senior Vice President. From November 2007 to April 2008, he served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Zale. He co-led a successful capital restructuring for the company. At various times during his Zale tenure, Mr. Massanelli was responsible for the company's treasury/finance, real estate, lT and risk management functions. Prior to 1993, Mr. Massanelli served in various financial roles in companies such as AMRESCO, Inc. and NationsBank of Texas, where among his responsibilities was the management of distressed corporate debt portfolios. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of The Treadstone Group, Inc. He has an extensive corporate finance and restructuring background. Mr. Massanelli is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Little Rock.
