My overall experience at Simon and Schuster is not well. The work is easy and rewarding, however management does not include all employees and they are not looking to promote anyone within. No growth, only endless stress.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Benefits through the company are fantastic. PTO and the insurance is the best about it. They offer several options other than just insurance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by 3 people. Each of them expressed the growth of the company and were very eager to see the talents I brought to the table.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and inclusion. The Companies Social Pledge sums up what the employees are wanting to see in management. However, the lack on inclusion and communication has left a stressful work environment for the floor employees. No growth for loyal employees.
