What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very flexible and helpful

They are on top of everything, without being on top of you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and inclusion. The Companies Social Pledge sums up what the employees are wanting to see in management. However, the lack on inclusion and communication has left a stressful work environment for the floor employees. No growth for loyal employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent benefits, regular pay reviews
The Benefits through the company are fantastic. PTO and the insurance is the best about it. They offer several options other than just insurance.
Retirement and health insurance benefit
regular paychecks (I worked freelance for many years)
all benefits are good no complaints
