I work for Simos for almost two years. Us workers did our job very well, but there was something going on with upper management and the customer (BJs) in which we as the employees suffered. The whole time I worked for Simos it was uncomfortable and unfair. There was slot of lies told to us..

It has been very disappointing, do not work there unless you absolutely have to

great team work and people friendly

Open door policy, everyone treated with respect

Stop lying and care about their employees

great paid vacation and holiday pay

The weekly incentive we got paid

They do not pay fairly for the work that they have you do and the pay is extremely inconsistent.

Actual raises as people learn new skills and are given more responsibilities

We all come from different backgrounds but we are all willing to work hard for the most part

Small team that works well together

Everyone works together to get the orders out in a timely manner

Us workers working hard to please, but not appreciate it

They are willing to take in almost anyone

It's always something new to learn

It was pretty straight forward

It was ok.. no need to

Meeting new people and learning new things

Management could have improved. The regional manager was young and unexperienced. The vice president also did not care whether if we worked or not.
