Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stronger base compensation would be great. We tend to run pretty lean and are VERY busy. I feel like base compensation doesn't always reflect the value of the talent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always willing to listen and engage! They really work hard to take action on feedback that showcases areas of opportunity for us with focus and transparent communication on how to operationalize solutions throughout the org.
