What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some hard workers, but mostly new people woth inflated egos

Undetsyanding how much famage new pricibg has done to company morale
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is fair i think
Normally i would say bonus but we havent gotten a bonus yet
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid under market value and was not rewarded for acquiring new certifications.

Very supportive and great at their jobs
Some very creative people that i reapect
