What do you like best about the leadership team?
Talented and demanding people. A tough combination, but it keeps us challenging ourselves to meet expectations.
I love learning from and being able to have clear communication with the leadership team on all projects. They value and respect everyone's opinion and are incredibly hard working.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all like a crazy family. Friendship is never far from our group interactions
Everyone respects each other and is passionate about what they do, while still valuing the opinion of others.
I really enjoy coming into work. Our creative open space office is in a heart of the tech companies which creates an awesome environment. SiO is like a family where everybody cooperate to build a unique ambiance.
