What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good comp plan. Base + commission. 401k. etc

Unlimited PTO is a game changer.

Given the great culture, you'd think you will have to compromise somewhere. However, the compensation package is market competitive. On top of that, frequent performance based competition help you earn extra. I also love the Free Lunch Mondays and Early Offs on Fridays.
